We will be in contact with you 7 days before the event to discuss final numbers and make sure that the time of serving has not changed. We must inform you that the time of serving cannot be adjusted on the day.
We require a 50% deposit once the event has been booked, this will secure your booking.
Any final payments must be made in the lead up to the event or on the day.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. If we are able to obtain another booking, your deposit will be refunded.
We cook all our pigs for an average of 10–12 hours, we therefore start the cooking process away from the venue and arrive on site roughly 2 hours before your chosen serving time. This is negotiable and we are happy to consider your requests.
A 13amp socket is also required to run the machine.
