We will be in contact with you 7 days before the event to discuss final numbers and make sure that the time of serving has not changed. We must inform you that the time of serving cannot be adjusted on the day.

We require a 50% deposit once the event has been booked, this will secure your booking.

If you wish to cancel your booking all we ask is for 2 weeks notice.

Any final payments must be made in the lead up to the event or on the day.

Our hog roast is cooked on site, so we will require access to the venue up to 9 hours prior to the serving time.

A 13amp socket is also required to run the machine.
